HOT TIPS FOR COPIERS
Set your printing default to double-sided (duplex) so you only opt for single-sided printing when necessary.
Print drafts in draft mode or at a lower-resolution so that pages can be printed faster using less toner.
Printing in black and white is cheaper than printing in colour.
Choose toner cartridges that can be refilled or remanufactured.
Put copiers in naturally ventilated areas with good airflow to lower air conditioning costs. If this isn't possible, situate them in colder areas, such as on the south side of the building.
ENERGY STAR products offer the same great performance and features, but their running costs are lower: good for your wallet and good for the environment.
